Watch Your Self-Talk
The small things you're saying to yourself day in and day out which you think don't matter, actually shape your future.
For example, when you make a few simple household mistakes in the day and if you say to yourself under your breath..."Sigh... I'm an idiot," and even if you smile after that like this was a "joke" or "something funny", you have just programmed your entire being, to be a little bit of an idiot.
This goes into metaphysics, spirituality, behaviour, and is at the intersection of these three fields and sciences. This is POTENT stuff, even if you don't understand it yet or know about it.
The people who walk around going, "I'm an idiot", compared to the people who walk around going, "that's quite alright I'll try it again in 2 minutes", have very different lives, postures (yes physical posture), health, and emotional stability levels.
It's all part of starting to be more conscious. Whether spiritually or not, consciousness, or to put it in layman's terms "knowing what you are doing", is something everybody can strive for.
By the way, for those of you career-hungry folk, this applies to your career, jobs and money too. Words have power, speak well of yourself.
